Terms & Payment Policy
All payments are online via Square. Payment confirms agreement to these terms.
All payments are processed online via Square. By paying an invoice or checkout link issued by The Livable Forest, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms, the lane hierarchy, and the non-compete rules.
Activation includes (but is not limited to): onboarding, brand page setup, scheduling posts or pushes, copy/design work, reserving magazine or guide placement, booth assignment, or any custom work requested.
Square fees
Square processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved refund.
- ✓Admin fee: 10% of package price (minimums apply below)
- ✓Lane Hold deposits (if applicable) are non-refundable
- ✓After activation begins: no refunds (credits/make-goods may apply at our discretion)
Admin fee minimums
- ✓Presenting: 10% (min $5,000)

Other minimums
- ✓Billboard Bursts: min $750 admin fee
- ✓Event Sponsorship: flat $50–$150 admin fee (based on scope)
If a Presenting inquiry arrives in a Category Sponsor’s lane, the Category Sponsor receives the first opportunity to upgrade within a defined response window. If declined, Sponsor receives a defined remedy (credit or upgraded deliverables).
