Are there any designated places where we should set up? Is it just first come first serve and set up along the pathways?
Also, is there any wifi access?

Got it. Ok. Do others just rely on cell service to process transactions? Do you use a hotspot? Any other suggestions? We’re new to this 🙂

Some people use their phone and some people bring a separate hot spot.

I have square on my phone, and a card reader that plugs into the lightning connection, so i can accept either swipe or tap to pay… (and yes, I use cell service)

One more question, instructions say setup time ends at 930am? why so early?

Next to that it says depending on the event. However, in videos I discussed set up.
