• Today’s theme: Gratitude, on purpose.

      Gratitude isn’t pretending everything’s perfect—it’s noticing what’s solid enough to stand on. What is one ordinary thing you’re grateful for today, and one hard thing that’s teaching you something? Share both, plus the tiny way you’ll honor them (a note, a text, a pause, a prayer). 💚

      Affirmation

      “I meet this day with thanks.
      What I have is enough to begin;
      who I am is enough to continue.”

      Journal Prompt (8–12 minutes)

      1. Grounding three: List three specific things you’re grateful for today (people, moments, comforts).

      2. The hard thing: What challenge is shaping you right now? Name one lesson it’s gifting you.

      3. Gratitude in motion: Choose one small action to express thanks (note, text, gift of time, tidy a space). When will you do it?

      4. Future thank-you: Write a 2–3 sentence note from your future self thanking you for something you did today.

      5. Close: One sentence: “Today, I’ll honor my gratitude by ______.”

      Which gratitude practice will you try today?
