I’m going to add everyone who said they aren’t on the list to the list.

If your booth number isn’t showing on the map yet, don’t worry — you will still be placed. Just come find me tomorrow at the park between 8:00–11:30 AM, and I’ll get you situated.
Starting next year, we’re going back to the system we used in previous years: vendors will choose their spot on-site. I tried assigned placements this year to make it easier, but it’s become a much bigger task than it should be.
NEW FOR 2026: I’ll only have 10 reserved spots at the very front of the park available for purchase — which means only 5 reserved spots are still available for 2026, because 5 are already taken.
✅ Vendors who have already booked 2026 package deals are already on the list and accounted for.

Just to be clear: this list isn’t published anywhere or shared with the public. It’s something I keep just for you guys behind the scenes. There isn’t really a rhyme or reason to it — I’ve simply found it helps vendors feel more at ease.
And even if you weren’t on this list, you’re still confirmed in my master database, so I already know you’re coming. 💚
