7PM CHECK-IN 🖤 Equinox edition
I’m in the lounge about to head into a strength session — building muscle is the mission right now (especially while I’m on trizepatide… I’m protecting muscle, not just chasing the scale).
Also: dinner is already handled through Tuesday because I doubled last night’s Tuscan chicken 🙌🏾
So I’m not cooking again until Wednesday — but I’ll still drop a new recipe + shopping list for anyone who needs a fresh idea.
And yes… I’ll be taking y’all along on my personal training days too. Real life + real routines.
