Kingwood Christmas Market Booth Assignments & Logistics
To keep all communication in one place, I will not be responding to texts, Facebook or Instagram DMs, or phone calls regarding vendor logistics or booth placements for this event.
Setup time is from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM.
You may arrive and set up anytime within this window.
Food Trucks
- Arrive by 8:00 AM.
- Park your truck and leave it in place for the day.
- If you arrive closer to event time, you will likely be parked at the back of the park and may miss prime placement.
Electricity
- Electricity is first come, first served.
- Please bring:
- Your own extension cords
- Duct tape to secure cords to the ground if they cross any walkways
- You may also bring a generator or battery pack.
Pack-Up Time
- Breakdown begins at 4:30 PM.
Parking, Map & Park Layout
- PRINT THIS MAP or have it pulled up on your phone when you arrive to find your space.
- The front of the park is where the flagpole is.
- If you are standing at the flagpole with your back toward the stage, you are looking at the front of the park.
- This is the orientation you should use when reading the map.
- You may park anywhere that is not marked as a tow zone.
- Please be mindful: if vendors park along the sides of the park and take up prime customer parking, shoppers will have fewer places to park and overall attendance can drop.
- Creating easy parking for your customers directly impacts your own foot traffic and sales.

Where is 4a on the map? I see 4 but not 4a unless im missing it. Ive zoomed in too but I do have terrible eyes lol

?@Patricia? lol you’re not blind I fell asleep after I updated the list but it’s at the front next to 24(A). This map is a bit odd Because they made it and they didn’t really space out the spaces right but where you’re at like six people can fit there, but they only have four !

Okay you guys this map is not fully complete. I’m actually heading over to town center today to adjust the spots because these folks made the map and it’s all wrong. You will get an update today though!
