Grown and cultivated in the Lake Toba Region of the large island of Sumatra, this Indonesian coffee is a dark roasted varietal of Jember Typica that offers intense flavors that are slightly smoky and earthy. Although peppery in its finish, this heavy bodied, Organic Sumatra ‘Black Satin’ resonates with complexity and a slightly bitter sensation.
