Princesses, pirates, ghosts & goblins — come in costume for a spooktacular afternoon of candy, contests, and carnival fun at Rob Fleming!
What to Expect
- Trick-or-treat booths from local vendors (bring a bag!)
- Strolling entertainment & photo areas
- Carnival games & food trucks
- Costume contests throughout the afternoon
Tip: Arrive early, wear comfy shoes, and label little ones’ costume pieces.
Costume Contests
- Times: 1:15 PM, 2:00 PM, 2:45 PM, 3:30 PM, 4:15 PM
- Max 50 participants per contest
- Participants may enter one contest only
- Prizes awarded to Top 3 costumes + Top Group per contest
Parking & Shuttles
No on-site parking at Rob Fleming Recreation Center. Use the lots below:
- Rob Fleming Aquatic Center
- Risen Church North
- Creekside Forest Elementary School
- Lone Star College – Creekside Center, 8747 W. New Harmony Trail (shuttles every ~15 minutes)
Shuttles: First bus leaves LSC at 12:30 PM. Last bus departs Rob Fleming at 6:00 PM.

Plan extra time for parking and walking; roads around the venue may be busy or closed intermittently.
